runamok honey grilled cheese

Cow’s Milk, Washed Rind, a mild, sweet and fruity Italian cheese that’s perfect for melting.  This cheese mellows when added to made a grilled cheese sandwich.  Serve with honey, marcona almonds, peach preserves and truffe shavings.  Serve with a dry cider.
