INGREDIENTS
2 cups Alexandre Farms heavy whipping cream
2 cups Alexandre Farms half and half
1 cup sugar
2 tsp Nielsen Massey Vanilla Madagascar
12 oz Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese
3 TBSP Kelly’s Jelly Strawberry Habanero Pepper Jelly
Combine heavy whipping cream, half and half, sugar and vanilla, stirring to dissolve the sugar completely. Freeze according to ice cream freezer directions. Once ice cream is solid, remove from freezer and fold in Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese and Kelly’s Pepper Jelly. Serve Immediately!
